Every Greenleaf’s Jewelry order is fully insured while in transit. If your tracking information stops updating or your package does not arrive as expected, please contact us immediately. We will work directly with the carrier and insurance provider to investigate the shipment and keep you informed throughout the process. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a refund or, with your approval, help you select another piece if a suitable replacement is available.

Yes. Greenleaf’s considers selected fine jewelry, diamonds, gemstones and precious-metal pieces for direct purchase or consignment. Our team will need to examine your jewelry in person to evaluate its condition, materials and resale potential before discussing the available options. Please bring any appraisals, laboratory reports, receipts or other documentation you may have.

Yes. Custom-designed, special-order, resized, engraved, personalized, otherwise altered and clearly marked Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Eligible regular-stock merchandise may be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase or confirmed delivery. Eligible estate, pre-owned and consignment jewelry may be returned within 10 calendar days.

Each estate and pre-owned piece is examined by our experienced team for condition, materials and authenticity. Gemstone weights and grades may be approximate unless the piece is accompanied by an independent laboratory report.

Yes. Greenleaf’s Jewelry has two in-house goldsmiths who provide professional jewelry repair, restoration and ring-sizing services. Because every piece is different, jewelry must be examined before we can confirm the available repair or sizing options, cost and estimated completion time. Some rings and specialty metals cannot be resized, but our team will explain your options after evaluating the piece.
