These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Greenleaf’s Jewelry website, online store and related services. Throughout these Terms, “Greenleaf’s Jewelry,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Greenleaf’s Jewelry, Inc.

By visiting our website, creating an account, submitting information or purchasing merchandise or services from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced within them. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order, or you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our website, merchandise or services for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your use of the website and any purchase you make.

General Conditions and Right to Refuse Service

Greenleaf’s Jewelry reserves the right to refuse service, restrict access, decline a transaction, limit quantities, cancel an order or terminate a customer relationship for any lawful and non-discriminatory reason.

Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity
• Inability to verify identity, payment or order information
• Abusive, threatening, harassing or unsafe conduct
• Misuse of our website, services, return policy or financing options
• Violation of these Terms or another Greenleaf’s Jewelry policy
• Inventory, pricing or product-information errors
• Safety, security or insurance concerns
• Requests that Greenleaf’s Jewelry cannot reasonably or lawfully fulfill

Greenleaf’s Jewelry will not refuse service for a reason prohibited by applicable federal, state or local law.

If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method, subject to the requirements of the payment or financing provider.

Website Hosting and Shopify

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer merchandise and services online.

Purchases are made from Greenleaf’s Jewelry, Inc., not Shopify. Shopify is not the seller of our merchandise and is not responsible for our products, services, fulfillment, returns, warranties or customer service.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present merchandise accurately. However, website displays, photography, lighting and individual device settings can affect the appearance of color, scale, finish and other visual characteristics.

Measurements, gemstone weights, diamond weights, grades and other specifications will be identified as exact or approximate when applicable. Information concerning estate, pre-owned and consignment jewelry may be based on a reasonable inspection or professional estimate when original documentation is unavailable.

Estate, pre-owned and consignment merchandise may show signs of age, previous wear, prior repairs or other disclosed characteristics. Such characteristics are not necessarily defects.

Product descriptions, photographs, pricing and availability may be corrected or updated without notice when an error or omission is discovered.

Product Availability

Many items offered by Greenleaf’s Jewelry are unique or one of a kind and may also be available for purchase in our physical store. Placing an online order does not guarantee availability until Greenleaf’s Jewelry confirms and processes the order.

We reserve the right to:

• Limit the sale of merchandise to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction when legally permitted
• Limit the quantity of an item that may be purchased
• Discontinue merchandise without notice
• Cancel an order when an item is unavailable
• Correct inventory errors

If an unavailable item has already been paid for, Greenleaf’s Jewelry will issue an appropriate refund.

Pricing, Taxes and Errors

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

Greenleaf’s Jewelry makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate prices and product information. If we discover a pricing, description, promotion, inventory or calculation error, we may correct the information or cancel the affected order.

If an order is cancelled because of an error after payment has been processed, the amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method.

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery information and collected where required by law.

Orders and Account Information

Customers agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment, billing, delivery and account information.

We may contact you to verify information before processing or shipping an order. Failure to provide requested verification may delay or prevent fulfillment.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not guarantee final acceptance or fulfillment. An order is accepted when Greenleaf’s Jewelry has verified the order and released it for fulfillment.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account or payment information has been used without authorization.

Payments and Financing

Payment must be successfully authorized and processed before an order is released for shipment or pickup.

Some payment and financing options are provided by third parties, including Shopify, Shop Pay Installments, Affirm, Jewelers Reserve or other financial-service providers. Those services are governed by separate eligibility requirements, disclosures and agreements between the customer and the provider.

Greenleaf’s Jewelry does not determine financing approval, interest rates, payment schedules or credit-reporting decisions and is not responsible for a financing provider’s actions or services.

Returns involving financed purchases are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and the applicable financing agreement.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping destinations, processing times, insurance, signatures, tracking, delivery claims and in-store pickup requirements are governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, verification requirements or other circumstances outside Greenleaf’s Jewelry’s control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and complying with carrier signature and delivery requirements.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Return eligibility, nonreturnable merchandise, return shipping, insurance, financing restocking fees, exchanges, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Special-order, custom-designed, resized, engraved, personalized and otherwise altered merchandise may be nonreturnable or nonrefundable as described in that policy and any separate written agreement.

In-Store Services and Additional Agreements

Repairs, sizing, custom design, special orders, layaway, consignment and other in-store services may be governed by separate estimates, intake forms, receipts or written agreements.

Those additional terms remain binding and control when they address a matter more specifically than these general website Terms.

An estimate or online inquiry does not authorize Greenleaf’s Jewelry to begin repair or custom work unless authorization has been separately provided and accepted.

Limited Warranties

Merchandise and services may be covered by a written limited warranty when expressly stated by Greenleaf’s Jewelry.

Warranty coverage is determined following an inspection of the merchandise and the cause of the reported condition. Warranty coverage for repair, sizing or other workmanship applies only to the specific area in which Greenleaf’s Jewelry performed work and does not constitute a warranty on the entire item.

Estate, pre-owned and consignment merchandise is sold as-is and may be covered by Greenleaf’s Jewelry’s limited warranty unless otherwise stated in writing.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Personal Jewelry Insurance

Shipping insurance provided by Greenleaf’s Jewelry applies only as described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. It is not a substitute for the customer’s personal jewelry insurance after delivery.

Customers are encouraged to consider obtaining an appraisal and appropriate personal insurance coverage for valuable jewelry. Greenleaf’s Jewelry does not provide insurance advice and does not guarantee coverage under any third-party insurance policy.

Intellectual Property

The website and its contents—including text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, design elements, videos and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Greenleaf’s Jewelry and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, scrape, commercially exploit or create derivative works from website content without prior written permission from Greenleaf’s Jewelry or the applicable rights holder.

Reviews, Photographs and Other Submissions

If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, photograph, comment, suggestion or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant Greenleaf’s Jewelry a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit and display the submitted content in connection with our business and marketing, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Submitted content must not be unlawful, misleading, defamatory, threatening, abusive, obscene, infringing or malicious. Greenleaf’s Jewelry may remove or decline to publish submitted content at its discretion.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services to:

• Violate any law or another person’s rights
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information
• Attempt an unauthorized transaction
• Harass, threaten or harm another person
• Transmit malware, viruses or other harmful code
• Attempt to bypass website or account security
• Collect customer or website data without authorization
• Interfere with the operation of the website
• Use automated tools to scrape or commercially exploit website content without permission
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe prohibited activity has occurred.

By using our website, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers that support payment processing, fraud prevention, order fulfillment, communications, analytics and website operation.

Electronic Communications

By placing an order or contacting us electronically, you consent to receive order confirmations, receipts, policy notices and service-related communications electronically.

Marketing emails or text messages are governed by any separate consent you provide and applicable law.

Disclaimer of Website Warranties

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website available, secure and accurate. However, the website and its general content are provided on an “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greenleaf’s Jewelry does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components.

Product and service warranties are limited to those expressly provided in writing. Nothing in this section limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

For a claim arising from the purchase of merchandise, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the merchandise giving rise to the claim, except where a different remedy is required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, personal injury or another matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Greenleaf’s Jewelry, Inc. and its owners, officers, employees and agents from claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.

Termination

Greenleaf’s Jewelry may suspend or terminate access to the website or services when these Terms are violated or when necessary for safety, fraud prevention, security or legal compliance.

Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination will survive termination when applicable.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law or removed from these Terms. The remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.
