Proper sizing is an important part of purchasing a ring. Finger size can change depending on temperature, activity, time of day and the width of the ring.
For the most accurate result, we recommend having your finger professionally measured at Greenleaf’s Jewelry or by a qualified local jeweler.
No. Whether a ring can be resized depends on its construction, metal, gemstones, setting style and the amount of size adjustment required.
Some eternity bands, alternative-metal rings, intricate vintage settings and rings with gemstones extending around the band may not be resizable.
If you need a different size, contact Greenleaf’s before ordering or immediately after placing your order. Our goldsmiths will evaluate the ring and let you know:
Jewelry that has been resized or altered at the customer’s request is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
For that reason, we encourage customers to confirm the proper size before authorizing any work.
Certain men’s bands made from materials such as ceramic, tungsten, Serinium®, meteorite or specialty inlays cannot be resized. These rings must be ordered in the appropriate size.
Any manufacturer size-exchange or warranty program will be explained on the applicable product page.
