Greenleaf’s provides complimentary standard shipping within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days after payment has been processed. Flat-rate express shipping is available at checkout.
Every outbound package includes tracking, insurance for the full purchase value and a required signature at delivery. We do not currently ship internationally.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible regular-stock merchandise may be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase or confirmed delivery. Eligible estate, pre-owned and consignment jewelry may be returned within 10 calendar days. Items must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered and returned with all accompanying materials.
Custom, special-order, resized, engraved, personalized, altered and Final Sale items cannot be returned.
Please submit a Return & Order Support Request before mailing or bringing back an item. Customers are responsible for insured return shipping when requesting a refund or store credit. Greenleaf’s covers authorized insured return shipping for approved exchanges and damaged or incorrect orders.
Sizing & Customization
Sizing, engraving and other customization may be available for select pieces at an additional cost. Availability depends on the item’s design, materials and condition, so please contact us before purchasing.
Items that have been resized, engraved, personalized or otherwise altered are final sale.
